What’s Happening
At CPDI, we believe church should be more than a place you attend—it should be a place where lives are changed.
Through passionate worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and genuine community, our desire is to create an environment where people can experience the presence of God, deepen their relationship with Christ, and become equipped to live with purpose.
Whether you are beginning your faith journey or have followed Christ for years, there is a place for you here.
A Place to Encounter God and Grow
Bringing Deliverance to the Whole Person
Our mission is to minister to the whole person—spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially—through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
We desire to help people understand who they are in Christ, discover their purpose, grow in faith, and become empowered to live lives that reflect the Kingdom of God.
Spiritual Growth
Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to park, enter comfortably, and get settled before service begins.

Experience heartfelt worship, prayer, and a message rooted in Scripture and relevant to everyday life.
Deliverance & Restoration
Our church family is ready to welcome you and help answer any questions you may have.
Community Transformation
After service, we would love the opportunity to meet you, pray with you, and help you learn more about CPDI.
Building People. Strengthening Families. Transforming Communities.
Our vision extends beyond what happens during a worship service.
We envision a thriving church community where people become spiritually mature, financially empowered, self-sufficient, and equipped to create meaningful change in the world around them.
We believe God has called CPDI to help develop individuals and families while creating opportunities that strengthen the broader community through education, outreach, leadership development, and practical resources.
From a Vision to a Growing Ministry
The story of CPDI began in 1992 when God placed a vision in the heart of Bishop Willie L. Cage to establish a ministry dedicated to deliverance, holiness, and transformation.
What began with a street service in Albany, Louisiana grew into a congregation committed to sharing the gospel and serving people.
Through seasons of growth, transition, challenge, and rebuilding, the church continued to move forward in faith. In 2001, the ministry relocated to Hammond, Louisiana, where it continued expanding its reach and developing new opportunities for ministry.
Today, CPDI remains committed to the same foundational calling—to proclaim Jesus Christ, strengthen believers, and make a lasting impact in the lives of people and communities.
Rooted in the Word of God
Our faith and ministry are grounded in Scripture. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and provides the foundation for how we live, worship, serve, and grow.
We believe in:
We believe repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ provide cleansing from sin, and that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is essential for personal salvation.
We believe divine healing is provided through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:4 and in the continuing work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer.
We believe in sanctification through the Holy Spirit, enabling believers to grow in holiness and live lives that honor God.
We believe in the promised return of Jesus Christ and the gathering of believers unto Him.
Faithful Leadership With a Kingdom Vision
CPDI is led by Bishop Willie L. Cage, a fourth-generation Church of God in Christ preacher whose ministry has been marked by a passion for spiritual growth, empowerment, and community transformation.
For more than two decades, Bishop Cage has ministered with a desire to see people strengthened spiritually, educationally, culturally, economically, and personally.
Together with Missionary Phyliss S. Cage, he continues to serve the CPDI family with a vision to equip believers, develop leaders, and help people fulfill their God-given
